  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 c. of pumpkin seeds, peeled
  • 1 c. of dried cranberries
  • 1 c, of walnuts
  • 0.5 c. of almonds, sliced
  • 2 c. of non-fat greek yogurt
  • 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced

In a bowl, combine oats, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, dried cranberries and sliced almonds. Mix well, sprinkle with cinnamon. Place 3 tablespoons of the mixture to each cup, top with non-fat Greek yogurt, kiwi slices and pomegranate seeds. Enjoy.
