  • 1 can biscuits (buttermilk is best)
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. cinnamon
  • 1/4 C. semi sweet chocolate
  • 1 C. walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 stick butter

Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees, and combine all the biscuits into one large ball of dough. Roll the dough out into a sheet. In a small pot, melt the cinnamon, butter, chocolate, sugar and walnuts together. Spoon the mixture along the center of the rolled out dough, leaving approximately 1 1/2 inches of a border around the rolls. You may have extra filling. Slice the log roll into 1-inch slices. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown in a well-greased cast-iron skillet. Serve up warm and enjoy.
