Pork chops that are fork tender and delicious. Vegetables to go along with it.

Ingredients

  • 6 strips raw bacon
  • 6 lg. onions, peeled and sliced
  • 4 center loin pork chops, about 3/4-inch thick
  • 1 bag fresh sauerkraut
  • 2-3 tsp. minced garlic
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 can beer

Directions

In a casserole dish, place a layer of bacon on bottom. Then layer onions on top. Then spread a layer of sauerkraut. Place 4 chop on top of sauerkraut, and top with garlic. Then re-layer as earlier (onions, sauerkraut) until all veggies gone. Pour in 1 can of beer and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.Â
