Here's a great crab cake recipe that makes moist and delicious crab cakes!

  • 1/2 C. finely chopped red onion
  • 2 Tbs. parsley
  • 3 Tbs. light mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
  • 1 lb. lump crabmeat, drained
  • 1-1/2 C. bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil

Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl. Gently fold in crabmeat. Stir in 3/4 C. breadcrumbs. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. After chilled, divide mixture into 8 equal portions (about 1/2 C. each) and shape into a 3/4-inch thick patty. Place remaining 3/4 C. breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. One patty at a time, dredge in breadcrumbs. Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Coat both sides of crab cakes with cooking spray and add four cakes to the pan at a time. Cook approximately 7 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
