  • 2 lbs. beef, boneless and chopped
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 tsp. oregano, minced
  • ¼ cup wheat flour
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
