Cremini mushrooms just have so much flavor on their own that they don’t have to be paired with anything else. This bruschetta mushroom recipe has minimal ingredients but the crockpot brings out all the flavors in each ingredient.

  • ½ cup cremini mushrooms, stem trimmed
  • 1/3 cup wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup skim milk
  • 1 tbsp. rosemary
  • French bread
