Deviled eggs are not only delicious but they're actually really easy to make. All you need is some mayonnaise and some mustard and you’re basically done with the recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. onion, minced
  • 1 tsp. hot sauce
  • ½ tsp. vinegar
  • Water
  • Chili powder

Directions

Bring water to a boil in a large pot
Begin to hard boil eggs
When eggs are thoroughly boiled, remove from water and let cool
Peel shell off of eggs and slice in half
Remove egg yolks and place in a bowl
Combine Dijon mustard, onion, mayo, vinegar, and hot sauce with egg yolks
Whisk until all ingredients combine
Place about 1 tbsp. egg mixture in each half of egg white
Sprinkle tops with chili powder
