  • 5 chicken thighs
  • ½ C. Dijon mustard
  • ¼ C. maple syrup
  • 1 Tbs. rice wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Combine the mustard, syrup, and vinegar. Toss the chicken in salt and pepper and place them in a pan. Pour the Dijon mixture over the chicken and coat the meat in it. Bake the chicken for 40 minutes or until fully cooked through. Baste the chicken with the mixture several times during the cooking process.
