  • 1 loaf of french bread
  • 2 ½ C. chicken broth
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 ½ C. celery, finely chopped
  • 2 yellow onions, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ C. parsley, chopped
  • 3 Tbs. sage, chopped
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Prepare the bread by baking it at 325 degrees for 30 minutes until it’s dry. Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat, melt the butter and toss in the celery and onion. Stir in the rest of the ingredients including the bread. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Bake the dish for 20 minutes covered with foil. Uncover the foil and continue to bake for an additional 25 minutes.
