  • 1.25 lb. minced pork
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 5 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. sea salt
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 2 tsp. fresh cracked pepper
  • 3 Tbs. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg, for the meat mix
  • 4 eggs, soft boiled

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the pork, milk, onion, garlic, egg, and seasonings. Boil the 4 eggs so that the whites are fully cooked but not the inside. Flatten out the meat and roll the four eggs inside so that they’re in a line. Roll the meat around the eggs and bake for 1 ½ hours.
