  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. rosemary
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Mix the dried basil, dried thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper into a bowl. Prepare a skillet. Rub the tenderloin with the dried basil mixture and olive oil. Place the garlic cloves onto the tenderloin. Brown the tenderloin on both sides, but do not let it cook thoroughly. Place skillet into the oven for 45 minutes. Remove from oven. Slice up the tenderloin. Serve with favorite sides.
