Delicious Lemon Pie

This is a fun summer pie because the cool sherbet and lemon yogurt are the perfect way to end a hot day.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 raspberry jam, seeded
  • 1 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 3 pints lemon sherbet
  • 1 8 oz. lemon yogurt

Directions

Spread jam over crust. Add softened lemon sherbet. Combine cool whip and yogurt and put over the sherbet. Freeze.
