Delicious Low Carb Cookies
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 tbs of baking powder
- 1/4 tbs of salt
- 1 cup of butter, melted
- 1 cup of brown sugar, blended
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbs of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of dark chocolate chips
Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, add flour, baking powder and salt. Stir.
In a separate large bowl, add sugar and butter and thoroughly mix. Pour the eggs and vanilla while continueing to stir. Combine the flour with the mixture and stir. Add the chips inside and evenly mix.
Make small dough and bake for 15 minutes.
Cool and serve.
