  • 1 ½ lb. Italian plums, pitted and sliced
  • ⅓ C. granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbs. milk
  • 2 tsp. Granulated sugar
  • Crust
  • 1 ½ C. all-purpose flour
  • 12 Tbs. unsalted butter
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 4 Tbs. ice cold water

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place all the dough ingredients into a food processor and blend it until it forms. Refrigerate the dough for an hour. Once it’s ready, separate it into small balls. Place the plums on top of the dough and sprinkle the sugar evenly on top of them all. Fold the edges of the dough over the edges of the plums. Brush the dough with milk and sprinkle with the 2 tsp. of sugar. Bake for about 35 minutes.
