Delicious Potato Au Gratin Casserole
Serving Size / Yield
- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 4 Tbs. butter
- 1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 C. evaporated milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven at 400 degrees F. Cook potatoes in boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes. Place in 1 qt. casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper. Dot with margarine. Sprinkle cheese. Add more cheese if desired. Pour milk over casserole and cover. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Uncover. Bake 10 more minutes or until golden brown.
