  • 10 eggs
  • 1 c. of sugar
  • 3 c. of ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 2 c. of heavy cream
  • 1 c. of cooked white rice

Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add sugar, cheese and vanilla extract, stir until smooth. Add heavy cream, fold in cooked rice evenly. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, bake at 300 degrees for an hour, until the crust is golden brown. Serve.
