  • 2 (10 oz.) choice rib-eye steaks
  • 1 tsp. kosher or sea salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 2 Tbs. fresh rosemary, finely chopped, stems removed
  • ¼ tsp. garlic salt
  • ¼ tsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil

Heat grill to a high heat setting. Coat both steaks with olive oil. In a small mixing bowl, combine salt, pepper, rosemary and garlic salt. Rub each steaks with seasoning on each side. Heat on grill or 3-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Let cool for 3-4 minutes before serving.
