  • 1 ½ lb. beef
  • ¼ C. flour
  • 3 T. olive oil
  • 3 C. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • ½ C. red wine
  • 1 C. beef broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • 1 T. Dijon mustard
  • 1 T. grainy mustard
  • ¾ C. sour cream
  • 3 T. olive oil
  • 3 T. butter
  • Fresh parsley

Chop the beef. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the beef. Dust the beef slices with flour. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, and brown the beef. Transfer the browned beef into the slow cooker. In the same saucepan, add the butter to sauté the onions, garlic and mushrooms. Add in the red wine, beef broth, paprika and mustards. Pour the mixture into the slow cooker over the beef. Mix everything up. Let it cook on high for 2 hours. Right before it's ready to serve, add in the sour cream. Garnish each serving with the fresh parsley. Serve and enjoy!
