  • 2 Tbs. Olive Oil
  • 8 slices of bacon, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 box of spaghetti
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 C. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

In a large pot, boil six cups of water. While the water is boiling, heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add the diced bacon once heated. Once almost cooked, add garlic cloves and let simmer for two minutes. Remove from heat and pat dry with paper towel. Add to a large mixing bowl.

Add pasta to water once it reaches a boil. Stir occasionally and cook uncovered. In a medium mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add cheese to beaten egg mixture. Once the noodles are cooked, add noodles to egg mixing bowl using tongs. Add bacon, garlic and one-half cup of pasta water. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
