  • 2 C. + 1 Tbs. flour, divided
  • ½ C. water, boiled
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 C. strawberries
  • 1 Tbs. sugar

Boil water in a small saucepan. Sift 2 C. flour in a large mixing bowl. Add salt and gradually add boiled water, while crimping the dough. It should be compact, but easily bendable. Dive dough into 2 parts. Roll out layers. Cut out round ravioli shapes.

Puree them in a bowl. Add flour and sugar. Fill half of ravioli shapes with strawberries. Place other half of raviolis on top of filled ones. Seal together by pinching the sides or using a fork.

Boil a large pot of water. Add dumplings to boiling water and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Fish out and place on a plate; serve.
