  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line a small baking pan with parchment and lightly spray
Combine baking powder and baking soda, mix thoroughly.
Add egg, honey, and vanilla extract while continuously stirring the mixture
Combine oats, raisins, and pecans into the baking soda mixture, making sure ingredients are combined well
Pour mixture into the baking pan, flattening and ensuring an even spread
Bake for 25 minutes or until mixture is a light tan
Cool in refrigerator for 10 minutes
Cut into bars
