Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in sugar, vinegar and vanilla. Mix carefully. Pour into greased spring form. Bake one hour. in a slow 300-325 degree oven. Let cool when done. Remove from side of pan. Fill torte with ice cream. Cover ice cream with fresh fruit or berries. Strawberries, raspberries or sliced peaches are best. Garnish or decorate top with whipped cream and sherbet.
