  • 1 12-in piece of flatbread
  • ¼ C. mayonnaise
  • ½ - ¾ C. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) can artichoke hearts
  • Handful of grape tomatoes, halved
  • Handful of fresh spinach

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spread the mayonnaise on the top of the flatbread and top it with cheese. Add the artichokes, tomatoes, and spinach. Place the pizza on a baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes until the cheese is melty and the tomatoes are tender.
