  • 1 frozen, deep-dish pie crust
  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 1 C. diced onion
  • 1 C. diced cooked ham
  • 1 C. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 C. sliced cherry tomatoes

Allow the crust to thaw for about 10 minutes, then poke a few holes into the bottom with a fork. Place the crust into a shallow pie pan and bake at 375 degrees for about 8 minutes, just until lightly browned. In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and onions, cooking the onions for about 5 minutes. Add in the ham, and mix together. Put this mixture into the lightly baked crust. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and salt and pepper until combined, then pour into the crust.
Bake for 25 minutes.
