Delightful Breakfast Bread Pudding

- 1 tsp. margarine
- 2 cage-free eggs
- 1 C. milk
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 C. raisins
- 8 slices bread, cut into cubes
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a square baking dish and when you're finished beat the eggs in a bowl. Whisk in the milk, honey, cinnamon, and salt.
Stir in the raisins then fold in the bread cubes, using your hands or a rubber spatula to make sure everything is evenly coated. Let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes or until all of the liquid has been absorbed and give it a stir.
Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and smooth out the top. Bake for about 45 minutes or until golden. Allow it to sit for a few minutes before serving.
