Delightful No-Bake Chocolate Cake With Strawberries

- 1 C. semisweet chocolate
- 1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 (8-oz.) containers mascarpone
- 2 C. powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 Tbs. half and half
- 1 white chocolate baking bar, shredded
- 25 strawberries
Line an 12-by-12-inch square dish with aluminum foil. Cut chocolate into pieces and place in microwave safe large bowl with condensed milk. Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes, stir once or twice until chocolate is soft. Stir in vanilla. Spread in prepared pan. Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
For frosting, use a mixer to combine all frosting ingredients except for chocolate. Spread frosting on cake and then top with strawberries.
