  • Cookies:
  • 2 C. flour
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 C. butter, diced
  • 2/3 C. sugar
  • ½ tsp. almond extract
  • Filling:
  • ½ C. raspberry jam
  • Glaze:
  • 1 C. powdered sugar
  • 4 tsp. water
  • 1 tsp. almond extract

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the cookie ingredients into an electric mixer. Shape the dough into balls; 1 T. of dough should work. Place them on a baking sheet 2 inches apart. Make a small indentation with your finger. Fill the indentation with the raspberry jam. Bake the cookies for 20 minutes. While they are baking, whisk the glaze ingredients together. Drizzle the glaze over each cookie. Serve and enjoy.
