Delightful Salted Caramel Fudge

- 1/4 C. butter
- 2 1/2 C. sugar
- 2/3 C. salted caramel coffee creamer
- 1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (7.5 oz.) jar marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 C. caramel sauce
- sea salt, for topping
In a medium saucepan combine the butter, sugar, and creamer. Cook over medium heat until the mixture reaches 248 degrees with a candy thermometer, stirring occasionally.
Remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips, marshmallow fluff, salt, and vanilla. Mix well and pour into a 8x8 baking dish. Cool completely. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with salt if desired.
