  • 1 dozen eggs
  • ½ C. mayonnaise
  • ½ Tbs. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp. onion powder
  • ¼ tsp. hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • paprika , garnish

Boil the eggs until the yolk is cooked all the way through. Rinse the eggs in cold water until they cool down. Peel the eggs, split them in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolk. Put the yolk in a medium sized bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients. Stir until it’s mixed well. Scoop the mixture into the hollow egg whites.
