  • 4 C. sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 2 (12 oz.) packages chocolate chips
  • 1 jar marshmallow fluff
  • 2 C. walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract

In a large saucepan, cook sugar, butter, and evaporated milk over medium heat, occasionally stirring until mixture comes to a boil. Stir constantly while cooking for about 10 minutes until your candy thermometer reads 228 degrees. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate chips to melt, mix in marshmallow fluff, and add in nuts and vanilla until all is evenly combined. Spread mixture into a heavily greased pan and set aside to cool completely and set up.
