  • 2 C. all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 C. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • Dash salt
  • 1 stick butter, cubed
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 T. orange juice
  • 1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ C. raspberries
  • ½ C. chopped walnuts
  • 1 egg white

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add in butter until crumbly. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, orange juice, and vanilla. Stir into flour mixture evenly. Fold in raspberries and walnuts. Combine dough, cut into 8 wedges, brush top with egg white, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden.
