To create the dessert, spread two tablespoons of honey on each piece of bread. Then, add a layer of mango slices then top with strawberries, blueberries, lingonberries and a sprig of mint. To make the avocado flowers, thinly slice the peeled avocado lengthwise and then fan out diagonally. Roll into a spiral that continuously turns inward. Place the flower on top and drizzle the toast with fresh lemon juice. Eat and enjoy!
