Deviled Bacon Eggs

If you like the taste of crunchy fried bacon and scrambled eggs, you're sure to like this recipe! My grandchildren love these eggs.

  • 6 lg. eggs
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. mayonnaise
  • 2 slices bacon, fried crisp, drained and cut into tiny pieces
  • white pepper to taste
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Boil eggs. Let cool before handling. Crack eggs and then cut each egg in half lengthwise. Scoop out the egg yolks and put them in a small bowl. Mix in salt, white pepper, and mayonnaise; mix well. Put about 1 Tbs. of the yolk mixture inside each white half. Put bacon pieces on top of each egg.

  • These sound good. I have made traditional (mayo, spicy mustard, tiny chopped onions, dill relish and green olive juice) and added the real bacon bits and my family loved them! We like ours full of stuff and a bit on the creamy side.
