Deviled Ham Sandwiches
- 1 4 1/4 oz. can Underwood Deviled Ham Spread
- 1/2 C. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 4 hamburger buns, lightly toasted
- 1/2 C. canned French Fried onions
- 4 slices tomato
In a small bowl, mix Deviled Ham Spread and 1/4 C. cheese. Spread ham mixture on bottom halves of buns. Top each with onions, 1 tomato slice and remaining cheese. Place on broiler rack five inches from heat and broil until cheese melts. To serve, top sandwiches with bun tops.
Yield: 4 sandwiches
