Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 2 Tbs. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbs. mustard
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish sauce
- relish (optional)
- green food coloring and purple cake icing color
Directions
Hard boil eggs: Place eggs in pot, cover with cold water, bring to a boil, turn off, cover with lid, and let stand for 10 minutes. Rinse with cold water, peel eggs, cut lengthwise, then separate yolk and whites. Put whites in purple water (4 cups of water mixed with purple icing color- about 1/8 teaspoon) and mix to make purple water. Let whites soak overnight.
Filling: Mix yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, and horseradish. Once mixed to your taste, make mixture green with a few drops of green food coloring. Fill purple shells and enjoy your devilish eggs!
