  • 1/4 C. egg substitute
  • 2/3 C. whole-wheat flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 C. nonfat milk
  • 1 C. raisins
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1/4 C. unsweetened applesauce
  • 2/3 C.rolled oats
  • 4 Tbs. Splenda Brown Sugar Blend

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Beat the egg substitute.

  3. Sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.
