Ingredients

  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • Chili sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 chicken breasts

Wash your hands
Chop your garlic into tiny pieces
Place in a bowl
Add 1 Tbs. of olive oil
Add 10 mL of chilli sauce
Finally add your salt and pepper to taste
Take your chicken pieces, wipe them clean and mix them well together with the above ingredients
Cover the bowl with clingwrap and put it in the refrigerator overnight
The following day wash your barbeque stand with hot water and dry it thoroughly
Set your barbeque fire ready and put your chicken pieces on top
Turn them over every few seconds so that they are evenly cooked
The fire must be moderately hot to enable the chicken to cook through
Baste the chicken pieces with the leftover sauce to enhance flavor
Once the pieces are nice and crisp transfer onto a warm plate ready to be served
