It doesn't get much healthier than fresh broccoli. The lemon sauce adds a little flavor to prevent it from being to bland.

  • 1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
  • 2 Tbs. reduced-fat margarine
  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

  1. Place broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes until broccoli is tender.

  2. In a small skillet, melt the margarine and then add lemon juice.

  3. Drizzle lemon butter over broccoli and serve with lemon wedges.
