  • 1 loaf Italian bread, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
  • garlic cloves, cut in half vertically
  • extra virgin olive oil

Rub one side of the bread with the cut side of a garlic clove
Brush each slice of bread with olive oil spray.
Place oiled side of bread down on a grill.
Grill until golden brown.
