  • Dressing:
  • 1/4 C. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 C. whole milk yogurt
  • 1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
  • 1/2 Tbs. onion, minced
  • 1/8 tsp. dried marjoram
  • 1/8 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/8 tsp. mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chives, snipped
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. sweetener
  • Salad:
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 1/2 C. shrimp
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • Lemon wedges
  • Parsley

  1. Combine all dressing ingredients and mix.

  2. Place all of the salad ingredients in a serving bowl and add the dressing.
