With so many strawberries, this diabetic-friendly strawberry daiquiri doesn't need any extra sugar to make a delicious drink! With just 5 ingredients this daiquiri is so easy to make, why wouldn't you bring one out for a girl's night this weekend?

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. sugar-free strawberry powdered drink mix
  • 8 oz. cold water
  • 3 oz. white rum
  • 1 oz. lime juice
  • 6 frozen unsweetened strawberries, slightly thawed
  • 2 C. crushed ice
  • 6 fresh strawberries, for serving (optional)

Directions

Drop 2 tsp. sugar-free strawberry powdered drink mix into 8 oz. cold water. Stir to dissolve. 


Pour 2 C. crushed ice into blender or place ~16 ice cubes in blender and crush. Over crushed ice pour strawberry water, white rum, lime juice and frozen strawberries. Blend mixture at high speed until slushy with no big ice chunks. Pour daiquiri into two glasses and add straw.


Remove green tops from strawberries and slice halfway up strawberry from bottom. Place 3 strawberries on rim of each glass. Enjoy!
