  • 3/4 lb. lean ground turkey
  • 1/4 C. peas
  • 1/4 C. carrots, shredded
  • 1/4 C. mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 spray of cooking spray
  • 4 whole-wheat hamburger buns

  1. Combine the turkey, peas, carrots, mushrooms and eggs. Divide into four patties.

  2. Spray a skillet with cooking spray, and heat over medium heat.

  3. Cook patties for 4 minutes on each side, then turn over and cook for an additional 3 minutes

  4. Place a burger on each bun.
