- 1/3 C. almond flour
- 1/2 C. oats
- 1/2 C. raw buckwheat
- 3/4 C. dates, pitted
- 3/4 C. coconut flakes
- 2 Tbs. light agave nectar
- 1/2 C. cranberries
- 2 tsp. lemon zest

Directions
Mix all ingredients except for topping until well combined. Line baking dish with parchment. Press mixture on bottom of pan. Refrigerate overnight and cut into squares in the morning.
