Here is a quick and easy breakfast treat to make the night before. There is no baking required to put together these lemon cranberry bars.

  • 1/3 C. almond flour
  • 1/2 C. oats
  • 1/2 C. raw buckwheat
  • 3/4 C. dates, pitted
  • 3/4 C. coconut flakes
  • 2 Tbs. light agave nectar
  • 1/2 C. cranberries
  • 2 tsp. lemon zest

Mix all ingredients except for topping until well combined. Line baking dish with parchment. Press mixture on bottom of pan. Refrigerate overnight and cut into squares in the morning.
