Diane's Beef Stew

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs. beef chuck stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 Tbs. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 1/2 C. frozen cut green beans
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 C. beef broth
Directions
Place meat in slow cooker. In a small bowl, mix together flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Pour over meat and toss to coat thoroughly. Add vegetables and remaining herbs and spices. Add Worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours, or high for 4-6 hours.
