Diet-Friendly Peanut Butter Cookies

- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup sweetener (Try Splenda)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Grease a baking sheet.
In a large bowl, blend all the ingredients together until well incorporated.
Place 1/2 inch balls of dough on the cookie sheet.
Lightly flour a fork and use it to press dough flat.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
