Diet Strawberry Pie
Ingredients
- 1 fat-free graham cracker crust
- 2 3-oz. boxes of strawberry gelatin
- 1/4 C. hot water
- 2 4-oz. containers strawberry yogurt
- 1/2 C. crushed strawberries
- 1 8-oz. container fat free frozen whipped topping
- sliced strawberries to top with (optional)
Directions
Open pie crust and have it ready for filling. Place gelatin in a large bowl and whisk in 1/4 C. hot water until gelatin has dissolved. Quickly whisk in one yogurt container, mixing well. Add second yogurt and crushed strawberries. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate at least one hour or place in freezer for about 20 minutes. Top with sliced strawberries before serving.
