Different But Good Spaghetti Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 6 oz. vegetable juice (i.e. V-8)
- 1-lb. jar spaghetti sauce (i.e. Prego)
- 1 14-oz. can stewed tomatoes
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/2 C. grape jelly
Directions
Brown meat in oil until pink color disappears. Crumble with fork. Stir in tomatoes, V-8, spaghetti sauce, soup mix and grape jelly. Cook, stirring 15-20 minues or until jelly melts and sauce is piping hot. You can also brown meat and put all ingredients into the crockpot on low for 3 hours. Serve over spaghetti.
