Dijon Chicken Salad Pitas
Ingredients
- 1 10 oz. can of chunk white chicken, drained
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed or 1/4 C. of fresh minced celery
- 1 scallion
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 C. Dijon mustard
- 4 pita pockets
Directions
Drain chicken. In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except pita pockets. Serve mixture inside of pita pockets.
