Dijon Flanks
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. beef flank steak
- 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 C. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 vidalia onion, sliced
Directions
Mix together mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and pour over steak. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. About 2 minutes before you're finished grilling to your desired doneness, add onion to grill. Take meat and onion off the grill, let stand for 5 minutes, slice beef thinly, top with onions, and serve.
