  • 4 6-oz. pork tenderloins
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 3 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Combine garlic, mustard, ginger, lemon juice, oil, pepper, and salt in a bowl.  Place tenderloins on a grill and brush with sauce.  Grill until cooked through.
